			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dallan Construction Inc. recently completed an approximately 29,000 square-foot up-fit project for First Potomac Management and their tenant, TRG Customer Solutions, in Hampton, VA.  The project involved construction of a 420 station call center, along with associated offices and an IT center.  Working closely with the City of Hampton, First Potomac and TRG, Dallan and its team were able to complete this approximately $700,000 project in forty-four (44) calendar days.</p>
