Danny cofounded Dallan in 1997 with a passion for construction, quality, and relationships. In his spare time he enjoys the golf course, family, and his home away from home on the Eastern Shore.

Brian spent 18 years as a licensed surveyor before joining the construction side. He has been with Dallan for over nine years, now serving as Vice President. He loves Hatteras Island and fishing in his spare time.

Hannah joined Dallan in 2020 and quickly grew to love the trade. She manages the office and supports project managers with their daily tasks. In her free time she enjoys her kids and painting.

Cliff spent eight years in the Marines before building 20+ years of experience as a superintendent and general contractor. In his free time he loves spending time with his daughter on the golf course.

Kam brought 25+ years of electrical experience to Dallan when he joined in 2022. Promoted to project manager in 2024, he superintends most of his own jobs. Find him on the pickleball court, on his bike, or out hiking.

Chad has been with Dallan since 2021 and brings over 20 years of field experience to every project. Outside of work he enjoys reading and building Legos with his son.

Tom has 20+ years of experience in the field, nine of them with Dallan as a superintendent. In his free time he enjoys listening to rock and roll and playing sports.

Richard has been with Dallan for four years as a superintendent. Before joining the team he was a farmer, and farming is still where you will find him on his days off, along with the occasional night out on the town.
